As a Relief Checking Technician you’ll be working closely alongside your Pharmacists, helping with the day-to-day running of the pharmacy and taking a lead on its dispensing activities. You'll also have the opportunity to work in a number of different branches across our South East Lincolnshire area including but not limited to Louth, Horncastle, Spilsby, Boston and Holbeach. A reliable and dependable leader, you will inspire your team to work to high standard to ensure that your customers and members receive the best care. Your duties will include (but are not limited to):

Ensuring the safe and effective running of the dispensary and coordinating your team to dispense medication accurately and efficiently.
Conducting the final accuracy check for prescriptions to regulatory and company standards
Delivering exceptional customer service to provide health advice and services to our patients through engaging conversations and clear communication. Ensuring that every customer leaves the pharmacy feeling informed and confident about their healthcare needs
Coaching and leading your dispensary team. Supporting your team with dispensary operations such as, stock-control, ordering medicines, labelling and dispensing.
About You

It isn’t just about experience or knowledge; we’re looking for people with a genuine passion for customer care and who will be ambassadors for healthcare in our pharmacies. With a focus on attention to detail in all aspects of your work, you’ll need to have:

Essential: A GPhC recognized Accuracy Checking Technician qualification and be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council
An upbeat, caring, and confident manner when serving and advising patients
An enthusiasm and talent for problem solving, eager to take on new challenges and experiences.
Previous experience of being dependable leader, able to organise and support your colleagues to ensure that the pharmacy runs smoothly.
A methodical and accurate approach to practical tasks, using your initiative and teamwork skills to aid you
